Mission Ocean

The Swire Trust is supporting the establishment of a marine research station by Xiamen University in the South China Seas. The station will conduct research to monitor the marine ecosystem’s response to global climate and human induced regional environmental changes. Along with academic research, the station will include a marine education and outreach activities for the public and work in strategic partnership with the Swire Institute of Marine Science in Hong Kong.
